A fish surfboard design is a shorter board that is wider and thicker than a standard shortboard. A Fish will typically have a flatter rocker and most often comes in a twin fin setup, though quad fin fish are becoming popular. There is usually more width towards the front of the board, resulting in a fat nose and gradual taper towards a swallow tail.
Rocker
Low entry to flat throughout for easy wave catching and speed.
Rail
Medium slight down rail with hard tucked edges for sensitivity and hold.
Bottom
This may vary. Some come with a Single to Double to Deep Vee to create lift for speed while adding control. We also have the channel catfish fish bottom, which is a deep single that concentrates the water directly to the fins causing self generating speed and maximum hold with all fin configurations.
Fins
Comes standard with five fin boxes and can be ridden as a tri, quad, twin and twin with trailer.
Wave Type
Can be used in groverly mushy waves up to overhead. Great all year round board.
